from what i've seen in guides it only talks about helping with transmutes and has no stats on how much it helps soooooo let me know if you have an idea about if it helps monster drops too or how much it helps transmutes?

No one knows. But from personal experience I believe that it helps with drops from any monster (well, arena, catacombs). I personally don't believe that it helps with transmuting though.

thats weird cause it says in guides that tranmuting it helps but says nothing aobut any the rest

i'm so used to diablo exp where everything is explained and you know exactly what each char build and gears will do for you
