It depends where you put your stat points.

I see that it looks like you pumped dexterity, so I get a plate mail with some strength :) if you're solo'ing that is. If you're doing catacombs then EE may be the best choice.

str (perf is both str AND ee^^).

but i'd recommand you to stat str and get dex armor instead, might be cheaper.
