it is about the same :p 1 int ~ 1 EE

if you have some INT on your charm for ex ( lvl 55 120 EE + 30 int ) it is like you have a lvl 55 150 EE
BUT int adds some mana + more int so your heal charm works better :p

i was told this wasn't true when you're higher in levels :P

Basically what is says is that at lower levels since the game rounds up numbers like that it's pretty even (1ee=1str) but as you get up to higher levels ee becomes more valuable. So to my understanding, a level 55 dagger with 280ee would be more powerful than a level 55 dagger with 250ee and 30str. But for casters it's a little different because intelligence not only adds to your damage but it helps protect against caster mobs as well. Though I'm still not sure if a 280ee charm or a 250ee charm with 30int would be better. I guess it depends what you mean by "better".

But (to my knowledge) it works so that for the most part EE and strength work along the same line except when you get up to higher levels - where EE is more powerful.

Yeah see with charms it's a toss up. Personally I think that I would rather have a charm with 100+ ee and 30+ int rather than 130+ ee just because int is almost the same but it adds to your defense vs. casters.

I find that most the mobs I fail on welling was a caster mob. I can tell that because my attack charm only works at ~75% efficiency and I get hit for 100+ every hit. Those are the kinds of wells where I wish I had the FG to invest in 60+ int gear

Hard points in Int add to mana, Int on gear adds nothing to mana.
