I see you're playing hardcore

you've more than enough vita
I'd say 70 vita is enough

still dext is not as powerful as it used to be, so just get some dext ( 60-70 ) then go all Str if you keep using axes

A weapon with EE is the best because it adds many damage to the weapon
always look for weapons with EE
