to state 120@dex or all points into strengh?!

id go for 120 dex and rest str i think thats the best

I liked 120dex with my melee monk using staves, so I agree with Senor V.

But the Monk is going to be pretty hard no matter what you do because of the robe, but it's not so bad at catacombs. If you like solo, it's a bit faster if you stat intel and cast (with decent gear) at the higher levels.

im climbing 120 dex / rest str made 5climbs
im thinking to test caster monk now OR hybrid not sure.

i would go 120 dex, or caster.
i went caster/hybrid on my climb. worked pretty decently.
that is pretty straight forward on what to do.
pump int.
melee till it gets annoying, and by then you should have enough mana to cast.

in a melee build, 120 dext is might be high, depending on your stuff
you have great armors and charms, go for 120 dext
otherwise ~ 100 dext is enough

high str than dext is always adviced

Listen to oblivionknights and go FULL VITA!

He seems to think that going full vita is more helpful to him as solo (and to a group in cata) compared with a str/dex, and to be honest, i can't see the reasoning behind it.
