Okay so

Where do i put stat points
what type of gear should i use(Tier,damage,charms,stats on the gear, etc..)

Im looking for this to be as cheap as possible but still have over a 70%ish rate

start points +10 for vitality
after that all rest to int

about items you need just +30int staff/dagger
armor +30int robe is fine.
and +55level charm atleast 100ee
and you also need heal charm (atleast 100ee)
