On a fighter, you need 120 dex at lvl 55.
So you can get a 40 dex charm 40 str armor.
Then you'd have 80 dex.
So you have to stat 40 points from lvl 0 on into dexterity, and the rest into strength.
Also you MQ weapon should have at least 100+ ee ( Sword ).

prefer the 80-100 dex build with an axe
