Yea i would suggest all +max life, Leeach, +regain, and all points into Vit. This is also the best barb build in HC imho. Hope this helped.

if you want to be a tanker , you still need some power when you hit ^^

so, first put your 1st 10 stats into vita
and keep increasing your vita until ~ 80-90 vita, it should more than enough
some stats in int, dext
the rest in STR

int gives you a better defense against casters
dext gives you a better defense against critics

EE chain or plate mail
Dext or STR charm
