That is a basic build, there are oviously more possibilities if you have the fg to spend and the interest in different build types.

this is what works for me:
Put all of your initial points, be in 10 or 20 into Vita (this helps, trust me!) when you reroll if you don't pass MQ, and you KNOW I haven't...!) Then...
All into Dex until you have 130 with your gear on. Then...
All into Strength.

Just my opinion, but I like it an my gear isn't bad, nor is it epic ~ just decent.
