Why does people level to lvl 80 ? anything to do whit MQ ?

No doesn't help MQ at all, although some might believe as a superstition. But the main reason is they either no-maze'd up there for the mf or they welled there way up there. And some just might like to be at that high of a level

[edit : Muting at high levels is also is also a reason, people have said that muting at L77 has shown to be the best so for some L80 might be there magical number,

I think that the biggest reason is that wells get easier after level 75 because that's the max level of well monsters, and your mana pool gets insanely huge so it makes the well monster even easier

yes, for well it's easyer... I don't see any other reason (more drops in no-maze if 65-74 imho).
