It seems like my 29 to 291
87% EE charm does't work really well anymore
Any idea what charm should I use to be effective on that level ?

try getting a weapon and armor with some intelligence on them. that would most definitely help.

I strongly suggest you rerolling your character and putting at least the first 20 stat points into vitality.


And get +int gear for your weapon and armor slots.
