i did the dex barb build. When should i stop pumping dex? or should i pump dex until i hit 71 for mq?

once you hit dex 120, i would put the rest into strength

It looks like you ought to pick up a different charm as well. The EE/Int aren't helping you on that guy.
Get one with any amount of strength or dext.

i doubt i will even hit 80 dex, since i will probably put 1 point into dex for each lvl that i gain. 26 more lvls until mq. So, should i put the last 26 into dex, strenght, or vit?

Put your last point into strength and buy another charm with like +15 dexterity or something. That wind charm isn't helping you at all...
