Dex till 110-120 and rest to str

Just get a sword and plate mail with enhanced effect and a charm with either strength or dexterity. Upgrade your gear every 5 or 10 levels and aim for ~120 dexterity after gear at level 55 and put the rest into strength. Melee characters are pretty simple for the most part

since you want to use swords, just get high ee swords... hehhehe

now about stats you can do 2 ways... full melee or hybrid...

i never tested, but from wat i see ppl talking about, hybrid build its way better then melee (help more at catacombs, and can do higher chains at high lvl)... you can get more informations here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/index.php?showtopic=22968921&f=74

just 1 thing... hybrid dont mean that you do melee at low lvl and caster at high lvl... you can go melee all the way, but you will have a great heal power and will get less dmg from caster....

to do hybrid, get dual stats armor and charm... 1 of the stats must be int or heal mastery.... and the other strg or dex.... (i suggest you to have at least 100dex at lvl 55)


now as a full melee, you get an armor with ee/stat (dex or strg) or dual stat (dex/strg) very high stat strg or dex...
and charm must be dual stat strg/dex or high stat (strg or dex)


at lvl 55 i suggest you to have 120 dex...
and if possible, get itens that will make you have at least 90+ dex at lvl 20+ (higher dex, the better, but stick at 120 dex at lvl 55)




and always get heavy armor (plate or chain mail)

buff up your dex till around 100 - 120 depending on how much str you got left

your str should get around 130+

weapon = ee must

armor = stat (Str/Dex) Or ee

Charm = Stat

Acc Charm (Optional) = Reg Charm to save room
