As far as I've noticed, it doesn't work in cata or arenas.... so where DOES it work? And does it have to be on the item(s) you're attacking with? I.E. if you have it on a charm, it won't work unless you're using the charm to attack?

it have a CHANCE to work in cata..

but it work 100% on arena

If it is on a charm and you attack with a weapon it still give the life per attack.

Is this in your accessory or main slot? are you doing catas or solo?
