Ok, well since you already have 4 in proficiencies in swords I would keep using swords. The higher the EE the better just depends on how much fg you can spend determine on how much EE and which levels you will be upgrading.
For amror, I would go plate mails with EE, assumeing you will be catacoming, If you are going to try the solo route, go plates with Strength. For charms, I would go either strength or dex, just remember the higher the better.
For stats I usually put my 1st 20 stats into strength, and then put them into dex. I good stat suggestion for total dex is around 110-120, once this is complete put rest into strength.
