can anyone look at my baba items and stats and recommend what i should get for my armor and my charm?

any help would be appreciated, looking to spend about 100fg max

Are you going to play solo, or join catacomb games?

If you dont want to use alot of fg on your barb, youll have to get used to catacombing alot.
Try to find a very cheap plate with extra effect on it (get a better one every 10 levels of so)
And try to find a dex charm (cheaper than str), so you can put your stat points in str
extra effect on weapon is very important but can get expensive, so find the cheapest weapons with the most EE you can get
Lastly, if you feel that magical mobs are hitting you for alot of damage, then a few points in intellect wont hurt.
