At level 67, my fighter is going to be at:
STR: 110
DEX: 100
INT: 10 (dumb fuxor)
VIT: 60

Where should i put the rest of the stats?
I plan on using him as a MFr, so he'll be getting a couple more....

I'd probably go more strength. After catacombing with you for a while, I see that you get some nice crits in with the club you're using but more consistently high damage is always better happy.gif
