Hm i would buy mq charm setup and some random heal for cata lvl'ing and only well/no maze tu uprgrade stuff. and ofc sell mutable

make climbs over climbs and sell mutables
sooner or later you find good items and a lot of crap mutables
i have made 4k fg only from crap mutables last month (i keep for myself or guild the good ones and good items i find)

Invest in mage gear and gear able to do wells.

You get mutables over time by doing High Level Catas or Soloing (Arena).

Then you either sell your mutables or mute them which ever you prefer.
