This is my current gear:

Magical angelwood club
Level Req: 50
Damage: 32 to 146

+34 Intelligence

Rare crystallized scale armor

Magical lightning XIV
Level Req: 55
Spell Damage: 30 to 307
Mana Cost: 135

+83% Enhanced Effect

Rare focused heal XI
Level Req: 40
Heals: 112 to 135
Mana Cost: 105

+71% Enhanced Effect
+4% Mind Numb

I've already climbed once, tried welling and failed miserably. Probably a ~6% success rate. (I saved up l0-15 items, so nothing good was wasted)
What should I upgrade to help welling? I don't think I can afford a higher ee charm, unless I do a ton of climbs first.
So, higher int on my armor or weapon, higher level and higher ee heal charm, or save for a while and try to get a better charm?
(If someone that plays hardcore could also recommend a EE % to shoot for, and maybe the price range it would be at, that would be great.)

i'd have to say more EE % on the charm, is somthing that help's the most ..

aim like 110%+

there expensive, your better off just doing a few climb's and then start welling

My best advice would be to upgrade your heal charm to higher tier and EE. If you cannot properly heal yourself while deep in a well (especially on HC I would imagine) then you are proper fucked

you'll need 150+ee lvl 55 charm and heal charm to have high success with rouge weller
i tried a rouge weller with a 119ee lvl 55 charm and a lvl 45 114 ee heal charm and was still failing a decent amount of times

if you cant upgrade atm prob best to just save your high lvl whites until you find or buy better gear for the rouge or make a mage to do wells which is what i did
