imo a button that could switch the group leader to a selected player should be needed
of course only the group leader should have it available

Actually I like that idea if it could also swap monsters levels w/ the same click of that button to the equivlaent level of the new leader..but that sounds like a lot of work just to make it more easy for us and won't happen tbh.
