ladder shasher its a good way to make fg ?

yep i started with 0 fgs and now i have about 1200 when i have sold my items. but i better like ladderslasher then any games now ^^ so i use all again ^^

If you put time into the game yes, youll benefit alot from it.
Once you hit level 30 thats where the real profit comes in.
any items level 20+ rare+ can be sold for forum gold even if there crappy
note the 20+ is my opinion, some go for 30+ and some go for anything tier 3 +


or you could mute them yourself and if your lucky make a huge amount of fgs, but gotta be lucky.
but if you take the time to actually play the game and not get mad when you dont find 10,000 fg worth of stuff your first climb, youll profit alot from this game.

I've been playing a LOT more than my average this season..(On mq #14 currently lvl 40 sammy)

If I sold every single point I've gotten this season..for the going rate in a guild..plus every drop i've found..added together.

I've still only made about 2500-ish Fg.

When I started this season..I sold 35 mil on runescape and dumped it ALL into ladder slasher. (Note: 35 mil went for 3.5k fg)

As you can see..I didn't even make back what I put into it.

Plus ..I just ended up throwing THAT much fg straight back into LS on top of the 3500 I originally started with.

So in other words..I have more items..but I'm still 1000 fg from even Breaking even with when I started this season.

(IF I had sold all my guild points @ the going rate..which I did not)

How much time is time? I've played 4 seasons..and i'm still in the hole? I'd like an answer to this plox

The gear you have on your chars are worth a decent amount.

Playing this game actively just like diablo, wow or any other game, and a little bit of patience goes a long way to become wealthy. Remember; luck [or whatever you believe] helps big time in this game. However, knowledge also asides with it - you can find worthless crap in this game and sell it for 1fg and make profit. Some items that we seem to shrine, could in fact be very valuable which is why understanding the game helps a lot also. So how much time is needed? Could be a minute could be a year, depends on your luck/knowledge/patience.

I've played this game for about 3 months, and turned the 5k I started with into well over 50k so its worth it in my opinion.

It is worth a fair amount but i've thrown more into LS over the course of this season / every season for that matter than I ever get back out of it. I'm just saying for me its a loosing battle no matter if i sell shrines for 1 fg if I sell mutes..or w/e

Bored you also muted that godly item out of sheer luck for like 20k+ fg lol

One lucky instance was the base for nearly half your entire gain =P There is no even remote guarantee he'll have anyyy semblance of that kind of luck =P

but even discounting that you've still quintupled or better your money..Which does prove in some cases yes you can make a lot of fg but for every story like massives there is usually 2+ like mine =P

That's true, which is why no one can play this game out of luck to earn fg. Thats the same as relying your life to the million dollar lottery and having no job,

but the thing is if you compare yourself with massivelybored here, where you have done almost 13 mq's this season - he has done almost 45 this season. That's 3x more chances of him finding something valuable, 3x more understanding of the game, 3x more understanding of when to buy and sell an item..ect. I don't know your history of previous slashing seasons but I can almost guarantee - to actively slash like massively [doing full climbs per day] well that's a frickin huge boost for income in fg. Sure, there are people that played this game for a day and found a 4k item but like you said that's sheer luck. If you look at the really active slashers on this site, compare themselves to yourself [or whoever isn't making fg]

Remember, climbing and slashing isn't the only way to make forum gold in this game. Much like diablo you can play the market here, sitting on your ass and checking how much muteables go up for. If they are really low, then buy and re-sell...ergo profit.

But I do understand what you are saying, and where you are coming from
