Hey this is my 2nd day on ls thus i don't know that much about items and their magical stats:

1. Does ee on a charm only increase magic dmg or healing?
2. Does dex increase def?
3. What is jubilance?
4. Is it preferable to stat dex or str on baba??

1) if it's heal charm, ee increases the efficiency of the heal of that charm. If it's attack charm, ee increases the damage of that charm
2) vitality does, dex reduces amount of damage taken from critical hits
3) jubilance gives you minimal exp income when you sit in town
4) depends on your weapon, look from character guides stickies

No it wont. Ee affects to the item where it is listed.
