How do u transmutation stuff? I tired Magical copper chain mail+Rare fire 1 and it doesn't do anything i can't transmutated it how do i use this?

because those are different tiers. copper is tier 2, the fire tier 1. this wont work.
additionally, if you mute armor and charm, the armor needs to be in top position.
you can also not mute items currently equipped.
