what would i have to increase to get a 90%+ success rate

All of it would be helpful but the thing in most desperate need.

Lvl 55 charm w/ 140..preferably 150+ ee

Lvl 55 not 45 heal w/ that same ee..or yet again preferably higher.

The Int Items aren't that bad. You could upgrade them but doing so probably woulden't be worth the cost if your already running on borrowed fg.

However I believe 70-80% success rate would be decent enough to get by.

At least till you can afford to pay the fg you've borrowed back..then you can worry about upgrades.

The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade your heal charm to a higher tier. That will help you a lot, I'd say you'd have about 75% success rate on that (maybe more)
