or this?

2. Magical cured leather armor

Defense: 5 to 15

+20% Heal Mastery

and what is heal mastery? i cant find something about it

+ % Heal Mastery
Increases the effectiveness of any healing charms you use by the % listed. At the time of this writing, the stats visible on the heal charm will not change, however.

think of it like 20% ee for your healing charm but without the ee being shown so you have to calculate it yourself.

and i would go with the first btw.

No when you are healing Hm > Int. Hands down.
