hi, i was just curious, if i pass master quest and open up samurai, do i have to use that class to open up the next secret character or can i play again as feeder class and still open up next character?

You MUST use the character that you unlocked.

i.e. To unlock a Paladin, you must pass a Master Quest on a Samurai.

Each secret character you unlock is the only character that can unlock the next secret character.

Just like in murtocs example

Sammy > Pally > Monk (I believe) > Ninja

and so forth.
