I USED TO HAVE A 75 - 80% SUCCESS RATE AT LVL 66 IN WELLING (YES..I KNOW MY GEAR ISN'T THE BEST BUT IT WORKED)
NOW SINCE THE NEW ADDITIONS, MY SUCCESS HAS DROPPED TO ABOUT 25 - 30% =(

SHOULD I STAY WITH MY CURRENT GEAR AT LVL 66: 98EE EARTH, 33 INTEL ARMOR, 32 INTEL DAGGER

OR WOULD IT BE EASIER AT LVL 75++ WITH THIS GEAR

I AM ALSO INTERESTED IN 100++++EE EARTH AND HEAL CHARMS IF ANYONE HAS (I'M NOT LOOKING TO SPEND 14K ON ONE ITEM EITHER)!!!

Definitely must have at least 150ee on your charm

yep, and also why dont spend fg on the game? u got good fg, and if u buy a charm with ur fg its not like ur loosing the fg, cause u can sell the item u bought whenever u want and u will gain ur fg back... also by investing u will be able to well more and ur chances of getting better things will increase as so ur fg.

So dont be scare to spend fg on LS.

prices change on ls just like they do in every game...diablo etc....

I purchased heal charms that were 200 fg a month ago...guess what! now they're going for less than 100 fg =(

and it makes NO SENSE to me that a 90ee heal = 200 fg but a 100 ee = 500 ++++

well maybe charms that doesnt got a lot of ee their prices varies but the good items prices doesnt vary taht much.
