Go for 75vita, 125 dex and rest str at lvl 55.

if i were u id go for either rogue caster or a mage.

u can find decent setups for ~1k (lvl 0-71)

Find some halfdecent intel gear and focus on EE charms..if u stay above 70ee u wont have a problem!
