So how bad is the nerf really.

Anybody out there that can tell me how bad its gotten?

Is it worth completing my axe build?

Life Steal its now ranged

example:

if u got +10 life steal from all ur items every hit u do will do whenever 1%-10% ll.

im aware.

I'm asking if it is still effective at higher levels, or if I should just switch to str charms or something.

well first tell me which are going to be ur mq items.

I have yet to buy. I'm looking to spend mass fg on them, and take forever saving for them lol

lvl55 axe 180ee

lvl55 medium armor 57 str 1% life steal (already have this on meleearmormule)

11% life steal level 40 charm

well u can check my char im using right now

245 ee axe

50 strenght/ 5 ll robe

37 dex/ 10 ll charm

and hmm im not doing that bad, at lvl 60 im doing 14 chains, but for u i will suggest get urself a melee stat charm one with 50+stats (strenght/dex).

yep and extra item slots to hold all the junk youll need for the shrine. seems like a noob solution, but what else can you do?

well i store all the items i dont need in the vault and in that way u got +8 eis free for shirning, pretty usefull.

lol...or you could have made a bunch of mules and place the shriners on your mules and save yourself 100 fg =)

but u had to swap between chars and that's not useful, vault is recommended now ...
