All the info I can find is what I already told you - all dex till 100-120, then str as long as you're planning on going the melee route. I'm still trying to find a good guide, though, my dear.

Get to how much dex you want, then rest into str

same as feeder and sammy. since you use axes, i'd go 100dex, rest str.
