As you can see (if you clicked the link) my barbs basically a pure vit hardcore barb. I was hopeing to find a better wep/charm/armor by lvl 45 but I haven’t and it starting to get hard.

Should I reroll? Or keep going (and probably spend all my fg) and chance dieing?

Keep grinding. Hell it's probably not much of grinding for you right now. Yesterday I finished my first MQ, also with a Vit Barb. All you'll need is a level 55 wep with some ee, 30-40 would even work. Cost ya about 200-300 fg. Your second run up that ladder tends to be easier than your first too.

definitely do not reroll/delete a character at any time unless you stating a character totally wrong or run out of space for new characters you want to create.
you can have a total of 16 characters, so there is no need of deleting all your work.

You can still grind it out and hope for higher drops, mutables and such to use or to sell.
If it gets too hard, go for multiplayer and climb on with a party that helps you or start another character from level 1 to find new gear to use/sell on that way.
So you can go on with that character later on then.
