Does a vita barb really need one? DOes one do any good except heal?

Yes, Acc Charm just works ee charms

Can you use heal charm for heal u or your team in game

uh, no, it works at 75%, not 25%

I never use one on my melee characters. Whats the point, the monster will be hitting you for more damage than you are healing yourself and you only have enough mana for about 3-4 heals anyway.

I think it's a pretty good question in general.. if you are going vita barb, and you don't use a heal as secondary, then what exactly DO you put there since you won't get stats from it? Something with EE, but in that case, your first acc cham would deal more damage.

In that case.. do monsters have innate resistances by chance? If so, maybe throwing up a fire and ice, but if not, gg I have no idea lol
