The newest idea I'm trying is an axe barb.
Full strength for stats (minus initial 10 into vita),
with a high strength charm, and a high EE
armor. Definitely a lot better than high str on
both charm and armor. I went from 2-3 MCC
in arena (at level 60) to anywhere from 5-9.
Definitely an improvement. Anyone who is debating
between EE and stats on armor, definitely take
this into account. The switch was well
worth it for me. Before this, I had definitely
underestimated EE on an armor.

Agreed ee is nice but combine stats and life steal. Then see the difference.

See, the thing is, I had a "decent," not gg,
but decent life steal armor (9%) with the str
charm I'm using right now, and it just didn't
compare to the way I'm soloing now.

Maybe LS works for some, but I've found something
here that works amazing, and I don't think I'm
going to switch up again, until I get to characters
that can't use have armors. tongue.gif Chances of that
happening are VERY slim to none.

I completely agree, people really overlook a nice EE plate (which are usually pretty cheap on the MP).
It makes it totally worth it when you see the enemy hit you 6 times, all of them 0's happy.gif

high ee armours are all very well... but as soon as you come across a casting monster you get shredded.

See, I've come across a few cast mobs, and it really hasn't
been too much different. Haven't been "shredded,"
as you put it. Even with a couple casting mobs in there,
I'm still getting usually at least 5mcc.
