ke i would like to know which setup makes more dmg:

200 ee ice lvl 50 + 53 intel robe lvl 45 + 65 intel dagger lvl 50

or

211 ee ice lvl 55 + 53 intel robe lvl 45 + 50 intel staff lvl 45

need to know which one is better dmg, mana cost, effectiveness

whats your base intell?
going to assume with your monk so 20 base + 10 at lvl 1 + 55 for your level

13 * (3) * (2.98) = 116.22
14 * (3.11)*(2.83) = 123.2182

so second one is better
and will benefit more from proficiency and more int as you level up
