I will be going softcore. What is ideally the fastest feeder class to level up? What is the ideal build for this character? FG is not really a problem, ignore whatever is my current amount.

Depending on wich way you want to go, and what your looking to accomplish.

Melee - with gfg gear fastest for solo, decent gear is easy in catas.
Caster - great for soloing with decent gear.

I prefer casters myself but I don't care for catas much so its basically all preference.

How does a fighter sound with ~110-120 dex with gear, and then all points into str?

Are you looking to solo or cata?

I actually made a hybrid rogue a few days ago and is around level 25 right now, it's been fun. Doing both solo and cats, I just use a high EE staff because they're cheap and a decent heal charm and I can go for pretty long. After I hit level 35 I'm going to switch mostly over to casting (because it's way more powerful in the later levels).

All my points went into Intelligence and I've been fine melee'ing so far to 25

if you can buy some decent gear, I'd say Fighter or rogue ( depending on yours weapons )
but a good melee char to go solo from lvl 1-71 is very expensive

you need high ee weapons
medium ( if rogue ) or heavy armors with either EE , STR , Dext or Lifesteal
Charm with either Str, Dext or Lifesteal

for the build, I'd say 100+ dext unless you got with an axe set ( then all in str )
the rest in Str
and like 10-12%+ Life steal if you're going Solo

Lifesteal helps a lot
