Well there arnt really minimums for these
You just want as much ee as possible on the items
personally, id say

5 70+
10 85+
15 90+
20 100+
25 100+
30 100+
35 115+
40 125+
45 140+
50 160+
55 175+
i would really aim for 100 +ee per item
str/des/ls
Just choose strength or dex , doesnt really matter
You still want to aim for 120 dex , and rest to strength (imo)
you want as much dex and as much possible
I would recommend doing this though
Get a armor with 12 lifesteal(talking level 55 gear here)
and Get a charm with 50 stats or so.
This is equivilent to a 25 stat /6 life steal charm, and a 25 stat 6 lifesteal armor
But buying stats + ls on same item, will cost more, despite having the same outcome in the end (unless you can afford very high stat items)
