Well i've decided to build up a caster at hc

but i don't which character choose and which build

-mage? nice intel/mana/low life

-fighter? heavy armor/pretty high life

-rogue? middle between fighter and mage

so i don't know which could be nice and which build i should adopt.

if anyone get some knowledges about it i would be interested.

tried barbarian, works well
cata barb = vitality ( around ~ 100 ) and rest into strengh
+max life items ofc

pump 40-50 base vita if doing either one of them

IF your asking for help, you probably shouldnt be so damn rude.
People make mistakes man, chill.

But id recommend going Rogue (samurai and paladin casters are sexy as hell but you dont have that unlocked atm i assume)
rogues have some tanking power, and its really needed on hardcore.

mages will produce more power, and the monster will have less chances to hit you (because youll kill it quickly)
rogues will produce some power, but wont kill monster as fast, giving him more chances ot hit you ( i notice a 300 damage drop at 55 with my mq charm when playing rogue instead of mage)


its really a questionof how risky you want to be imo.
Id recommend rogue if you dont want to die.
because monsters crits at 60+ are quite high on my mage

if your planning on casting on sammy and pally i would recomend rogue or fighter caster.... rogue has more of a chance to die but alot faster lvling and more successful on wells.... fighter cheaper but not by much more protection but less kills per regen and wont be much anyhow 3-5 max on either char unless u pump alot of fg into the char.


Mage=death but super fast lvling and prolly my fav SC char to climb.

I use rogue to level on feeder class. Doing sammy caster at moment also. Cant wait for Pally. Overall,

Magician = dangerous
rogue = less dangerous than magician.
fighter = needs more mana but hits are less damaging
sammy = same with fighter.
pally = idea seems to be combo of rogue and sammy. Best of both worlds. Mana and plate mail.
