i found a legendary wild heal

1 to 16 heal

extra's:
1% mana skin
1% block
1% power shot
3% heal mastery
1-2 life per attack
+73 max life
+23 max mana

Now when i equip this, the + mana and + life does not add and on top of that the 1-2 life per attack does not work either.
For info if needed (i am new to slasher) my char is lvl 3 and magician. tried attacking with staff and spell both did not give me life per attack

Its simple!

I have just look your character and you have this charm into acc.charm place.

A charm put into acc.charm will not grand you anyone of his bonus, you must put it into main slot
