get a weapon preferably a bronze weapon with enhanced effect, (enhanced damage) for cheap from market in the main menu area, or even a regular bronze weapon would do, but you could allso just use what you start out with it would allso work.
go to the arena, in the main menu area, and press the summon monster button - enjoy.
go to catacombs if you want to group with people.
