I have a Magician and I have decided to be a healer. What should I put my stat points into and what kind of gear should I be looking for. I really don't have much FG, please keep that in mind. I am not asking for a loan or for you to give me any in any way shape or form...I just need items that I can FIND rather then buy. Thanks.

All points into intelligence. Use INT or heal mastery weapon//armor and an EE heal charm. Heal mastery is much better than INT for the mid-higher levels.

If you're going healer, you'll be in Catacombs. As such, you won't need to tank, so dump all your points into INT. Look for heal charms with a high EE, and gear with good heal mastery. If you can find a good heal mastery charm, you can toss the heal charm in your Acc. Charm category, and the heal mastery charm in your main charm slot.
