what is the best pvp dueling character. how do i build it, what gear do i use..........ty for your time.

There is no "best"
its all preferance

but, id go with a barb or fighter
and look for max life on the armor and charm and some high ee on the weapon
but thats if your gonna duel at low levels imo

but what level you plan on dueling at?
