well make sure your actually clicking the monster
now, seriously, i assume your meaning 0 hits?
put some stats into dex which will help this, but when you use swords, theres the chance of hitting that low, but theres also a chance of hitting really high.
you can use daggers or axes and this will eliminate the 0's
