I was wondering why people spend so much fg on charms that have Int but not EE.
Wouldn't it be more beneficial to get a decent charm with EE?

Some people feel that the xx amount of int will offset the 25% damage reduction while using your acc charm

this does help alot of you have a , ermmm not soo good ee charm , because than 25 % wont make much of a difference
