Get weapons with enhanced effect, armors with str or dex on it, and charms with dex or str. LS + the stats i stated would be bonuses, and so would max life etc.
Also try to get 120-130 dex, so place your stat points into dex, but remember to add your gear's total dex to 120 once you do that put rest into str.
dex = dexterity
str = strength
