Way To Go..I chose a barbarian so should i go with the str build or dex build?

All strength build I would say, get axe's or clubs with most ee you can afford. And either str or ee plates, and str/dex charms. Remember though that grinding will happen a lot with this because you are just starting out

EE = enhanced effect, it's what increases damage on weapons/charms and defense on armors.
Grinding just means that you'll be working hard and slowly to progress through the levels. It's not the easiest game to play without investing a good amount of time, effort, and fg.

Not really, it just depends what you put the most into.
Fighter/barb are good for starting melee, mage is good for caster.
