k... So i'm a Magician. What are the things that I should be putting points into? I think I messed up my build because I'm level 12... and I have base str, base dex, 65 int, and 36 vita... Am I supposed to put points into Dex?

no, do not add points into dexterity.

since you're a newer slasher i'd advise first 10 into vitality then rest into intelligence.
