I have Ladder Slasher hero , but i really do not understand this game i mean that i really dont know which skills and stats to put.
Is it there someone who can help me.

You dont have that bad of a gear but to climb faster you should get a weapon your level with more enhanced effect, a armour your lvl with ee or str/dex and as much str/dex/life steal as you can on your charm.

I would suggest reading through this Beginners Guide, it will tell you evrything you need to know to be a good slasher.
