what is the best LS character? and how to i play that char to be godly

Regardless of what you pick you'll most likely have to put in a lot of time and effort to get good things or to become knowledgeable about the game.
Just pick the one that looks like it suits your interests and get to learn the game playing with it, and then later on you can decide what you really like if anything changes

i suggest you to make a barb or a fighter and stick to catacomb games that's what i did and even if you'll grind you'll reach MQ faster

haha i am not sure what that means yet. ive been just in the arena and summoning things to try to lvl a little bit. but i should go catacombs you say?

in catacombs you can party with other people +/- 3 lvls from yours and it's easier to lvl when you dont have great items to go solo
