Ok, I haven't really been able to well for over 10 lvls, so kinda wondering what I am doing wrong, should i kill some intell and get some health or what do I need to change?

Try to use your EE weapon in your main slot, might work better outside them walls.

doesn't the EE effect the item regardless? and with the heal charm in sec slot I don't get the int boost so low dmg
