When u have a charm in the second charm slot does it skills and stats apply to your character like they do in the 1st charm slot?

no smile.gif Only thing that effect is ee. And the effect on the acc charm is reduced to 75%.

pretty much the acc charm is for heal charms (or in rare cases with healers) attack charms which the only stats that work are ee for that item

ee is the only mod that applys to the 2nd charm slot, it also only works at 75EE
so if you have a charm with 100ee it will be as if it only had 75ee
